SHIPPING & RETURNS

For all standard Australian orders we provided FREE Parcel Post shipping (delivery approx 5 business days after dispatch) via Australia Post. 

Express Post is available via Australia Post (delivery approx 1-2 business days after dispatch) at a $15 flat rate within Australia.

International orders

For all International orders outside of Australia, shipping will be calculated at $30 AUD. The order will be sent via Australia Post Standard International (delivery approx 5-10 business days after dispatch).

PLEASE NOTE: MARIANNE does not cover any additional duties, customs or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the receiver’s expense.

General shipping overview

All successful orders placed will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

The delivery timeframes indicated depend on whether you are located in a metro, regional or country area.

Please consider the shipping address you provide – you should provide an address that will be attended during normal business hours as you may need to sign for your package.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We offer FREE returns or exchanges for Australian customers.

MARIANNE accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt, for exchange or credit note.

How to process a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a Returns Form & Returns Authorisation Number (RA#), as well as a Prepaid Parcel Post Return Label that you should print out and attach to your package.

  2. Once you have received your returns form, RA# and Prepaid Parcel Post Return Label, please complete the form and send back with product. Postage details will be included on the returns form.
  3.  Orders must be returned within 14 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return.

Items must be returned to us for a REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE according to the following conditions:

-The item is unworn, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. The item needs to be free of any/all marks, including make up; as well as perfume.

Exchanged items will be dispatched via Australia Post’s standard eParcel Post. If you require your exchange urgently we recommend placing a new order and sending your items back for a refund, to avoid any delay.

Customers located in New Zealand are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Free Returns are only provided on the first return in relation to that order. In the instance that you have requested multiple exchanges, you will be responsible for return postage and will be charged postage to send the exchanged items back to you - we will contact you to process an additional payment.

Refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion. Customers may request an exchange on discounted items, however free returns are not offered. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Pending item availability, we will make all reasonable attempts to secure exchange requests.

MARIANNE is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
